1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and INSTALLPROS HOLDINGS LLC (doing business as InstallPros), concerning your access to and use of our website and installation services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Our Services

InstallPros provides professional installation and technical support services, including but not limited to Starlink and satellite broadband installation, home networking, home alarm and security systems, business security, VoIP, home automation, digital signage, and gaming simulators. Service availability is subject to your location and site conditions.

3. Quotes, Bookings, and Deposits

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ. A deposit may be required to confirm and schedule your installation. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice or no-shows may incur a service fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site, accurate information about the property, and any required permissions from landlords, HOAs, or property owners. You are responsible for the equipment purchased for your installation.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our installation workmanship is warranted for the period stated in your service agreement. Hardware warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstallPros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Late payments may be subject to a fee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of InstallPros or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of our website, or use the Services in violation of any applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason. Updated Terms will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
